I recently ordered breast piece strips and an emperor fish grill. Both were undercooked, so I asked for them to be fried again. The young chef, who only spoke Hindi, struggled to understand my request even with the mediator's help. The chicken was refried and turned out okay, but the fish remained poorly cooked. This time, the gills were falling off, and there were visible, bloody waste parts that should have been cleaned. I showed the caretaker the condition and had to discard half of the fish. Despite this, I was still charged for the fish with the excuse that the young chef had only been training for two days. Seriously, I'm not paying to tolerate your training issues.
