Absolutely loved the food. Every dish was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming, making the whole dining experience even better. They even helped pack the food with care, which was really thoughtful. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service. Ordered a thali, and it took almost 2 hours to arrive. What kind of nonsense is this? The food is ice cold, completely inedible, and tastes horrible. Everything in this thali is just bad—absolutely not worth the money. If this is the service you provide, then you shouldn’t even be delivering food. Pathetic experience.

I went to Bhatt’s kitchen looking for homely north indian food as they advertise and we were utterly disappointed. Firstly the service. They have around 6 tables and one server. We ordered our food in 2 batches and each had an average waiting time of 45 minutes. The server also does not tell us the time they will take or respond well. Secondly the food. Their portions are small, the roti was dry, their palak paneer was undercooked (with a bitter taste) They also got our order wrong (veg frankie instead of veg cheese frankie) Thirdly the price. Their menu is ridiculously overpriced and while we were ready to pay the amount to experience the “homely” food they advertise but the quality definitely does not match the amount you pay To summarise, bad service, high wait times, high prices and average taste EDIT: they have mentioned that i ‘didn’t visit the place’ in response to this review. We visited as a group of 8 people at 7:30 PM 1/1/25, received the food at around 8:30 PM . I can provide order details and bill if needed but i think it is highly unnecessary and stress that they chose to lie in response instead of apologising for or addressing the mentioned concerns Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Veg
