One of my favorite places for eating in Rishikesh, food is very good, simple, clean non expensive and the best is the place itself, it has a cute and quiet ambience. It's a real gem, surprised not many people know about it. I fully recomend you to try the moong dal salty pancake with some pumpking or vegetables.
