The rooms are shabby and dirty. There is no lift facility. The facilities being provided are far less compared to the exorbitant room prices.

I have stayed in Avianna Seven Seas Darjeeling for 2 days and the experience was very good. It is with-in 3 mints walking distance from Glenary's and Mall. We have booked the Junior Suite room at top floor (505) with view Room and Balcony. It was amazing experience to see the Kanchenjunga from the window and Balcony. Room was spacious and well maintained and Service was also very good. Whenever we asked for something, it was there at doorstep with 5-10 mints. Only thing was the food prices are little bit high comparing with the quantity. Service: 5
