The items that you ordered were hot when they were packed. The order was placed at 10.50 pm and was delivered at 11.38 pm. There was heavy rainfall during that period so no amount of care by the delivery executive or us can keep these items hot for 50 minutes. If we overheat puffs they turn soggy so we can not do that. We understand you are unhappy but please understand that there are lot of factors at play during the time your food is being delivered. We always try our best to make sure that the food we are sending is hot and of best quality but we can't fight weather. Hope you understand.
