I recently ordered a butter croissant via Swiggy and had an awful experience. The croissant arrived cold, uncooked, old, and stale—absolutely unacceptable. When I called Blue Vanilla Patisserie to address the issue, their response was shockingly rude. They blatantly told me, "You can complain if you want to." Such a dismissive attitude towards customer feedback is appalling. I expected better service and quality from both swiggy and the blue vanilla patisserie. Extremely disappointed!
