On the day of your visit, we were unfortunately experiencing a temporary shortage of staff, which may have affected the level of service. We sincerely apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused. Regarding pricing, our rates are carefully set to reflect the quality of ingredients and service we strive to deliver. As for our hookah offerings, please rest assured that every flavour, pot, and coal used is thoroughly inspected and approved by professionals. We only use fresh, imported stock for each batch to ensure safety and consistency. We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve. Please know that every review on our platform is genuine—while we do invite guests to share feedback if they’ve had a good experience, we never ask anyone to post falsely.
