Very bad experience. First they charged 1500 in which 1000 is cover charges and 500 for entry. We waited for more than 2 hours to get hookah but never got any. We asked for hookah atleast 8-9 times and everytime were told they are making it, later they made excuse that it’s not available. Staff is totally ridiculous. The lady that sits at the entrance is just a total scammer. They take money with no refund option. Then the staff is just good at lying and fooling you. We wasted all our time and money here. It’s like customer has to beg for the service. For billing out these scammers were super quick. Please avoid this place and better to go to other bars and pubs that have better customer service and attend the customer well. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
