Fried Noodles quality is very bad. They serve ready made fried noodles and not the ones which are boiled and fried. These ready made fried noodles usually come from slum areas like Dharavi. Chinese joints serving these type of ready made fried noodles are clear “Red Flag”. Suggestion - Please serve quality fried noodles. Service: Dine in Food: 1

We have 2 types of noodles these ore readymade and others are the ones which we fry in oil. U have to inform while ordering this generally come with soup and complimentary are generally given with all orders . And the one which are boiled and fried is not choupsuey at all. It's basic hakka noodles .I hope I have given all ur answers.
