We visited Callisto Bistro, located in Borivali West, IC Colony, and had a great time. It's a cozy, all-day bistro with a really nice ambiance, perfect for a chill hangout with loved ones. The place also offers exciting events like Ladies Night, Karaoke Nights, and live music on weekends. The menu is full of great multicuisine options.We started with refreshing cold coffee and a delicious Oreo shake, which was beautifully presented. For sandwiches, we ordered the classic chicken sandwich and French toast sandwich—both were amazing. The real highlight, though, was the chicken lasagna, which was incredibly tasty and unique. We also tried the BBQ chicken pizza, which was perfectly cooked with juicy chicken and sausage, and my friend loved it.To end the meal, we had the mouthwatering desserts: Death by Chocolate and Chocolate Mousse. They were the perfect sweet ending, and my friend and brother loved them too.The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the manager was really helpful. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. If you're in Borivali West, IC Colony, and looking for a great bistro, Callisto Bistro should definitely be on your list!

Found this quaint outlet in the heart of IC Colony Borivali serving good food & drinks and having some great offers on all days of the week!Visited for a Saturday Lunch and the place had few patrons already dining here.Tried the below Cocktails, our favourite was Kokum Mojito followed by Twisted Whisky Sour (Both were blended well) Also the 1 liter LIIT was definitely king-sized and will give you the right buzz)- Kokum Mojito- Twisted Whisky Sour- Margarita- Electric LIIT From the Food section, we savoured the below :Peri Peri Onion Rings was prepared well, had the perfect crip exterior, and went well with the house dip.Tandoori Chicken Lollipop was juicy & thick and we absolutely loved the flavours in each bite.Tandoori prawns were super delicious, medium-sized, and hot all the right notes.Alfredo’s Chicken Steak was a perfectly cooked balanced meal with delicious mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes (Loved it)Penne pasta with Alfredo sauce mixed with exotic veggies was a good vegetarian option as well.We ended with a supersized brownie topped with a scoop of vanilla!This place has many great offers on drinks all through the week, especially the BYOB on Monday & Tuesday is definitely a crowd puller and not be missed!
