My recent visit to the Aristo hotel left much to be desired. We ordered 6 servings of chicken biryani, but unfortunately, they were not cooked properly. The order taker initially claimed that 2 portions were on the plate and assumed we had consumed them despite our objections. After a lengthy discussion, they finally agreed to take back the unsatisfactory biryani. We requested a replacement with kotthu parota instead. However, the wait for our food was unreasonably long. Throughout this ordeal, most of the staff members were rude, except for one who showed some understanding. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the food quality issues, long wait times, and poor customer service from the majority of the staff. I hope management takes steps to improve these aspects for future customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
