"I recently stayed at Hotel Arco Palace Jaipur and had a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and gave positive vibes, making it a comfortable stay for families. The hotel is in a convenient location, easily accessible, and just a short walk from the bus stand and metro station. Parking is also available, which is a plus. However, there were a few drawbacks. The rooms lacked proper ventilation, and surprisingly, there was no garbage bin provided, which was inconvenient. While the hotel offers 24-hour service, the response time was extremely slow. Simple requests like a glass or water required multiple follow-ups and long waiting times. Overall, despite these issues, the hotel’s ambiance and location make it a good choice for family stays. With some improvements in service efficiency and room facilities, it could be an excellent place to stay." Service: 3
