Please keep away from this place unless you have a saint like patience! *********** 1) if you order the food today; they serve you tomorrow! 2) every time they make this delay and they really do not know how to manage the orders 3) on Valentine's day almost 4-5 family walked away after ordering food ! felt really bad to see few of the kids started crying in hunger! every customer in the restaurant kept turning back towards kitchen to see when their food would be ready 4) I have personally told the managers (one year before even) that they really do not know to manage the crowd and orders.. it took 2 hours for me to get my food 5) instance if you order a starter they will bring it in 40 mins and if you order a main course they will reset the clock again and it takes 40 more minutes again :) 6) they did not even place a glass for drinking water which i did asked them three times but of no use......! finally after 4th request they placed the water glasses! 7) management is so poor as they have zero knowledge and learning on their JOB.. poor very poor! 8)absolutely management has no idea about : shortest job first, longest job first, quickest job first and priority job first! 9) and lastly : one of the worst atmospheres wrt the sound! they will play a non sense range of songs with high volume.. have to request them multipletimes to reduce the volume but still they would choose to keep it high 10) one of their staffs were really unpolite once and was not ready to accept their delay in serving! Those who do not learn from their mistake is subject to make more! wish they learn or else they could fall soon! *************** Food: good Quality and you get to see wide range of Cuisines but the restaurant is not only about the food and its taste but few other combinations! **************** Parking: You cannot park the cars! you can only end up in disturbing the public! The food was amazing best service kindly staffs worth the money this was the only restaurant opened in Salem late night and no word to say well maintained place i would definitely visit this place again while coming to Salem Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
