I recently visited Spice 7 restaurant, located opposite Windsor Castle Hotel in Salem, and was thoroughly impressed. The hot and sour soup was excellent, setting a perfect tone for the meal. The chicken pasantha gravy was mouth-watering, while the Kannur chicken provided a delightful spicy kick. I also enjoyed the Chittoor chilli chicken, which had a pleasant mild spiciness. Although the chicken noodles were average, the overall dining experience was elevated by their top-notch service and ambience, which deserve special mention.
