I had asked for sugarfree sitaphal. The staff gave me normal sitaphal And then when i asked he started arguing with me. He is really not interested in working here rather sitting outside and gossiping with his friends when a customer is already there in the shop. Which is not appreciated and not a proper etiquette to carry on with. This guy is a new guy the previous one was sensible and had some work ethics. And moreover i had to throw away the normal icecream which i had bought.

I will like to share a experience about this cheap Ice Cream outlet in Wanawadi Pune. Today's date 22nd Sep 2025 they have a offer which says 50% off. I asked the person for tasting a flavour and he said as it's offer going on we cannot give you sample for testing. I didn't had any issues with the staff, I can understand the poor staffs will follow the orders of owner. The owner must that much sense or common sense that their product is not a daily necessity and one doesn't have the knowledge of the flavours so surely one ask them the testing. This outlet on past had done fraud with one of my orders n when i asked the staff their response was it was done by old employees and we can't assist. So I will suggest everyone think before you visit such ice Cream parlour.

When ever I go or order Apsara ice creams it's verygood . When order on 24 August through swiggy , it was the worst experience ever . >The Chikoo ice cream was stinky and had a very bad taste . Also , when order Blueberry cheesecake , the sent some other flavor like Jamun or black current, which I hadn't order . Request you to pls double check your orders from onwards . Would not recommend anyone after this incidence . Sry
