You had an handicapped person to deliver ice cream at a business park! I had to leave a meeting and walk across multiple building to pickup my ice cream from the entry gate and the delivery person could not walk. Melted ice cream by the time I'm back in office. The initiative is commendable but the execution sucks and is not thought through. Employ the right people for the right jobs.

This oulet is situated in Chakala. There are many other outlets across Mumbai. But this outlet was the best of all. The staff was very kind and energetic. The service was very fast and good.
The outlet was well maintained. The rates are also affordable. The ice creams are of fresh quality. Its good to visit here after dinner. They aslo keep several offers to customers.
My overall experience was good. Would love to visit next time.
