I didn't get what was shown in picture of the menu..they made the delivery late..its was her fast so it suppose to reach before 12 but they spoiled everything...I hate this...

I would like to bring your notice my experience with 7th heaven, my mothers birthday is on 14th march and she is completing her 75 years. I went to the shop on 3rd March and placed order for 13th March night. Sahil took my number and did not send me images of cake and told me he will send the pictures to me but he did not take my order seriously. Yesterday when i went back to 7th heaven, sahil told me to send hi to him on the WhatsApp number provided. Today i had sent him hi on the said number in the morning and sahil sent me cake images at around 5pm which were not as per my requirement. On the contrary, he misbehaved with me and used inappropriate language and blamed me for not guiding him. He also said that on 3rd march there were other customers in the shop. Then who am i? When i asked him that who i am then he was quiet on phone did not utter a single word. What will a lady customer feel? As i tried to escalate this issue with his owner Akshay, rather than asking him why he failed to share the images of cake, Akshay took sahil's side and said that nothing has happened and you are over reacting for no reason. I am completely devastated the way i was treated in the shop and over the phone by Akshay and Sahil from 7th heaven, koldongari, Andheri East, Mumbai- 69 And to my surprise that i being from the same premises staying since childhood Akshay and his team made this misbehavior multiple times but on my good notes i always ignored the behavior. But knowing that on 14th March my mothers 75th birthday celebration is there, Akshay and his team still continued there misbehavior towards a lady customer This shows that the people who stay close by to this shop are illtreated and the people who come from other places are royally treated. Hence, i recommend that going forward do not purchase anything from 7th heaven, koldongari, andheri east mumbai 69. I would recommend to buy cakes from jedan which there at koldongri and the staff is also decent.
