very bad experience the staff is having much kind of attitude and was inappropriate in behhaving with the customer, i had waited long for the person to look for taking my order, i am posting the staff image with this post, if the owner or the concerned person is seeing this review please make sure that the customer satisfaction from the staff is fine, i came their for a trying different flavours of your icecream. thankyou.

Apsara Ice Creams is an interesting change from the usual ice cream places/parlors. Different because of the unique flavors and the nature of the desserts. I found the flavors interesting but in a few cases, the taste was polarizing. My friend didn't like most of the flavors and I didn't like a few. The chain should re-look at the flavors to make it more acceptable to a wider audience. Service and ambience were both decent. Not as unique as the flavors. While it's ok for now, improvements will be needed if the chain is looking for repeat visitors. Recommended for a one time visit. A warning though please try out the flavors before buying larger quantities. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
