Horniman Circle Garden is a must to visit after tasty meals at this restaurant. Most visitors of Apoorva state that perfectly cooked fried prawns, fried fish and goan fish curry are offered here. Tasty kulfi may be what you need. Beer lovers will find it delicious. This place offers you to try good juice.

I visited this place several times and never had any unpleasant experience ever. This places Serves some of the best prawns curry and neer dosa. Their sea food starters like rawa fry and masala fry are also amazing. The service is quick and the staff is extremely courteous.

Would highly recommend trying their coastal sea food preparations. Their upper section is idea place for family meals.

A visit to Apoorva ticked off yet another haunt of my youth. Trishna, Mahesh, Apoorva, Bharat (No sadly shut down), Harish, Ankur and Pratap were the 1st generation of the Mangalore sea food and booze places. They've all moved in different directions - Trishna is now a high end sea food, Mahesh is now a chain with incosistent food, Ankur and Pratap were not great experiences. So went to Apoorva with low expectations. Seeing a empty restaurant at Sunday lunch lowered those expectations further. The food though smashed through all those expectations. The lepe fry was brilliant with the fish being super fresh. The Kane in mangalorean masala was a different experience. The egg appams were excellent. The only disappointment was the chicken ghee roast with the masala being a standard one with no nuances or even flavor of the ghee. The pricing is supremely reasonable. Enjoyed the experience and its going to become one of my go to places next time in Fort. The owner was also very friendly and open about the challenges of running a restaurant and was a delight to talk to
