Title: Disappointing Experience - Missing Item & Poor Customer Service* *Rating: 1/5* I recently ordered from Anna's Restaurant via Zomato, but my experience was unsatisfactory. I ordered 1 Loni Dosa and 1 Rasam Idli, but when I opened the bag at home, the Rasam was missing. When I contacted the restaurant, the person who answered (claiming to be the owner) was arrogant and unhelpful. He simply stated that Rasam was finished and would send it next time I order.
