Alarm bells should have gone off in my head when the waiter said the difference between veg biryani and hyderabad biryani is that hyderabad biryani comes with some green curry.Places like this give veg biryani the bad repute it has. Peas, huge hunks of cauliflower which were raw, and french beans in the biryani all valiantly played their individual parts in making the biryani horrendous.The dal was in a literal cooker on the table, energy spent on creatively serving the food would have been better channeled in making it actually taste good.Added to this, the 'mineral water' bottle was branded Angrezi Patiala and was 80 rupees.The only good part of the entire meal was the free mentos that came with the bill
