We were not staying at this hotel, but stopped for lunch. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding with an interesting and varied menu. The chef prepared some wonderful dishes for us. Highly recommended! Service: 5

Disappointing experience! Rooms alloted are completely different from what's shown on the page. Deluxe and Super deluxe are entirely different rooms on their page with two different views, whereas on arrival they give you the deluxe rooms(smaller room) with a sea view which doesn't make any sense as the pictures are misleading and such a major difference in the rates only for a view is unacceptable. No response from the management even after raising the concern. Service: 1

Our stay at The Kannur Club was truly exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment of reservation, Ms. Dina ensured a smooth and seamless process with her warm and professional approach. Her attention to detail and responsiveness made us feel welcome even before we arrived. A special mention to the restaurant managers, Mr. Albin and Mr. Ajeesh, whose service excellence was nothing short of outstanding. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, ensuring every meal was a delightful experience. Their hospitality, coupled with the delicious cuisine, made dining at The Kannur Club a highlight of our stay. To my surprise even the HR Manager Ms Sanitha has taken the pain of reaching out to us to ensure our stay is comfortable . The team’s commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction, and it truly elevated our experience.
