Ordered what was supposed to be a classic cheesecake from this Bakery and got delivered a plain vanilla sponge with white cream frosting. When I contacted the owner just to clarify (not even asking for a refund), instead of accepting the mistake, he argued that this is what cheesecake is. Basic manners and civic sense clearly don’t exist here, he even thinks it’s okay to take back a cake once it’s already been opened in front of people. Honestly, maybe their normal cakes are fine, but if you’re expecting anything premium, forget it. Do not waste more than ₹300–400 here. Beyond that, it’s just overpriced disappointment served with arrogance.

I have stopped ordering breads (pavs, kulchas, pizza base) from any place other than ANAND BAKERY.Breads are extremely soft and i have never had a bad experience ordering from here.I love it give it a try!
