Hi Wendy, Thank you for sharing your experience and valuable feedback. We would just like to clarify a few points to avoid any misunderstandings. Our terms & conditions listed alongside the event tickets clearly mention under point 4 & 5 that reservations are required for seating, and while this information was available, we understand that it may have been overlooked. Despite this, we accommodated you with one of the best views available at the time as you had arrived early for the event. The vegetable dish you ordered was a Parmigiana Melanzzane, as described on the menu and per the original Italian recipe, the dish included cheese. We always encourage guests to check dish descriptions to ensure they meet their preferences. The music started later than planned due to technical difficulties, which we worked hard to resolve. Additionally, the tables that appeared vacant at 9:30 were reserved by guests who had called ahead—while some didn’t arrive, that is unfortunately beyond our control and as a rule, we honor our reservations to the best of our abilities. We always strive to provide a great experience and regret that your expectations weren’t met. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to improve.
