Sublime Goa is not merely a restaurant; its a portal to another dimension. I was with my girlfriend. The moment we stepped inside, an eerie, almost mystical aura enveloped us. The ambiance was thick with an otherworldly charm, we were no longer in the same world as outside. The music, strange, magical. A gigantic mansion Shepard dog sat at its entrance, he took our breath away. It's a place where shadows seem to dance. Our experience took a surreal turn when we used the bathrooms, purple light.. the sticker on the flush, the mirror, can't describe.. it's a portal. I return to the table with a jester like energy while my girlfriend sees her doppelganger on another table. Witchy, mystical, sublime energies reside here. We were in 'it' the whole time and after! Leaving Sublime was like emerging in a dream. We felt altered, changed in ways we couldn't quite articulate. We felt like strangers, the wrong versions of us were leaving with each other. Did the owner intend this deep an experience? Sublime is not just a place to dine; it's an experience that lingers long after the last bite (Food was delicious, we had pork chops and Vindaloo Taco). Whether it was a collective hallucination or a genuine encounter with the unknown, one thing is certain: our visit to Sublime Goa was anything but ordinary. This is no way a fine dining restaurant. At 65 I've travelled most of the world and eaten in the best of restaurants so you can make out the difference between pretentious and truly exquisite food. The staff is clueless and the food is very very average. Just plating it in style doesn't make good food. I tried the ' homemade Italian sausage with polenta? Costing ₹850 and returned the dish/ paid the bill and quietly walked out. That bad
