I recently attended the Glass Desserts Workshop at Anaa’s Baking Studio and had a truly wonderful experience. To be honest, I was a bit sceptical at first since I had never baked before (and I was the only guy in the batch ), but the moment the workshop began, all my doubts disappeared. The studio is clean, well-organized, and hygienic. We were given neatly printed recipe sheets for all the desserts, complete with measurements and a separate sheet for the make of raw materials. Clean aprons and refreshments like tea/coffee were also provided, which was a thoughtful touch. The support staff was polite, humble, and very cooperative throughout. Chef Anagha started with introductions, addressed our questions about baking basics, and then handed over to Chef Amruta, who guided us brilliantly for the rest of the session. The workshop lasted around 6–7 hours but not once did it feel long or tiring. We learned everything from baking vanilla sponge, making pastry creams, caramel custard, meringues, cream cheese mousse, and more. Chef Amruta’s idea of preparing common elements in bulk helped us understand the logic behind the process too. The best part was the hands-on plating session. Each participant got full creative freedom to plate all the desserts individually — fruit trifle, panna cotta, granola parfait, banoffee pie cup, mango tres leches, and more. Watching our final creations come together was incredibly satisfying, and we were all genuinely proud of what we made. Overall, it was an amazing, well-structured, and inspiring workshop. A big thank you to Chef Anagha, Chef Amruta, and the entire Anaa’s Baking Studio team for making the experience memorable. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore the world of desserts — beginner or experienced!

I wanted to start my baking journey and was looking for the best baking classes. I found the Anaa's Baking Studio on Google. A professional baker's journey begins here.I had attended Baking foundation course which is a month course and it was completely hands on sessions that makes huge difference. Chef Amruta is very professional and the way of teaching is excellent. Anagha ma'am is very knowledgeable person where she taught many tips and tricks while baking classes. I really enjoyed the journey of attending Baking classes. I learnt baking from scratch and now I'm confident about baking cakes. I highly recommend Anaa's Baking studio. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
