The kulchas are 'The Best'.. No doubt about it. I would recommend everyone to try once. The current group of owners greeting customers should consider hiring a dedicated sales person who is polite and customer-focused. The owners themselves could work behind the scenes, as the current public-facing staff tend to be somewhat rude in their responses. Very bad service due to unorganised structure and that bearded person is too arrogant and doesn’t know how to manage. Online orders are preferred and people wait for nearly an hour for 2 plates. With all due respect, arrogance is served only when arrogance is order. You can’t just come and create chaos and expect others to treat you well. Write the whole story that how you behaved and then tell everyone here that we served arrogance to you. We are in business since many years and google reviews says itself how polite and good we are in our services. Over rushed orders are normal in weekends and every person in delhi ncr knows this and still you expect that we serve pnly you then sorry you are not a VIP. Ask our oldest regular customers how they eat with love and get respect on our side. Dont try to defame someone just for you ego. You must have know about the fact that weekends are over rushed and expect delays. Going to some brand like dominos you guys can’t say such things because they don’t entertain guys like you so you just show you self praised ego to small business holders like us. Next time please check the rush hours for any place you visit and hold your words while talking. With love and respect Amritsari kulcha stuffing
