I had a horrible experience with this outlet. AMAZING hyderabadi dum biryani. I ordered through Ola app. First the Ola rider's bike and phone broke down. <br>After coordinating among the rider and restaurant for an hour, finally restaurant guy Sooraj said I can't help you in any way. I had to arrange for an Uber parcel pickup for which I paid an exorbitant amount. And even then sooraj etc were difficult to coordinate <br>Finally after two hours when the courier rider reached, staff at this restaurant stopped taking my calls. It was the most frustrating experience trying to talk to the rider and the restaurant. <br>Wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.
