Love the mango desserts and coffee , the matcha is also excellent quality , spoke to the owner is very passionate and polite. On the contrary of the other reviews I personally have great experience with the staff here very helpful and kind . I am a regular this establishment. They are truly artisanal space . I had a truly disappointing experience at this coffee shop today, largely due to the manager's unprofessional and frankly rude behavior. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The manager seemed impatient and dismissive when I asked a simple question about the menu. This set a negative tone for my entire visit. Things only escalated when I went to pay my bill. There was a minor discrepancy, and instead of addressing it politely, the manager became argumentative and confrontational. I was shocked by their tone and lack of basic customer service skills. It felt like they were trying to make me feel small and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've witnessed this manager's unpleasant demeanor. I've heard similar complaints from other customers. It's clear that there's a pattern of behavior that needs to be addressed. I believe that good customer service is essential for any business, especially in the hospitality industry. The manager's attitude not only ruined my experience but also reflects poorly on the coffee shop as a whole.
