Narikelam Cafe is one of the best South Indian cafes I have visited. The food tastes authentic, fresh, and full of traditional flavors. The dosa was perfectly crispy, the chutneys were delicious, and the filter coffee was absolutely amazing. The ambience is calm and clean, creating a very comfortable dining experience. The staff is polite, friendly, and provides quick service. If you are looking for genuine South Indian cuisine with great quality and reasonable prices, Narikelam Cafe is definitely worth visiting. Visited this café for the first time after seeing it on Instagram. The butter masala dosa was good in taste and quality. However, the service was very disappointing. I asked for chutney and was told “okay,” but it was never brought. The staff kept walking past my table multiple times without responding. Even after asking another staff member, (manager/cashier) I had to wait another five minutes while he kept walking past my table without responding. I had to remind them again before finally receiving it. There seemed to be zero coordination, and dine-in customers were being ignored while online orders were prioritized. When I politely shared this feedback at the counter, the manager didn’t even acknowledge it and completely ignored me. Very unprofessional behavior. Good food, but poor service.
