We visited Alanati at Jubilee Hills for lunch and had a very bad experience. We initially asked for thali, curry, and bread, but the staff said they didn’t have thali or any curries available. So we ended up ordering biryani instead. Even after waiting for over an hour, the biryani never arrived. No one checked on us, no proper communication, and overall very poor service. For a restaurant in Jubilee Hills, this kind of experience is really unacceptable. Totally disappointed and would not recommend based on our visit. Meal type: Lunch
