I had one of the worst dining experiences at Al-Shita, Sector 2, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. The food was absolutely terrible – completely lacking in taste, freshness, or quality. For the price they charge, it offers zero value for money. Portions were small, presentation was poor, and everything tasted either stale or overly oily. The service was even worse – totally unprofessional and disorganized. Staff seemed uninterested and untrained, with no sense of customer service. Waiting time was unnecessarily long, and when the food did arrive, it was cold. Honestly, this place is a complete letdown. If you're looking for good food or decent service, do yourself a favor and skip Al-Shita. There are far better options nearby that actually care about quality and customer satisfaction.
