Visited with lot of expectations but the experience was not that great. Good food bring many people that's correct in this case but you have to be prepared to handle this croud. One service personnel came to attend us after 15 minutes. Once the food delivers for ordering something else we have to stand up and look for somebody. Nobody really cares or hospitable to ask do you need anything? Even if it's a high rated arabic restaurant in kochi lack of manpower and training. Hoping it will be takencare and visible improvement can be seen in the next visit. Their chicken mandi was good & thats the reason i visited this place. I went on to the hotel based on Google review and it didn't disappoint me. Their service quality is not good.
