I tried the restaurant and ordered the Alfam Kuzhimandi. Unfortunately, the rice served was undercooked and not edible. When we informed the staff and refused to eat the dish, they were told that "all other customers are having the same dish and are okay with it." However, when we spoke directly to other customers, they agreed that the rice was undercooked but said they chose to eat it anyway. While the dish was eventually taken back, the initial response from the staff was dismissive and unprofessional.
