We were a group of 10 looking forward to a good dining experience, but unfortunately, this restaurant turned out to be a major disappointment. While the food was far from extraordinary, the real issue was the appalling customer service. We ordered a variety of dishes—none of which were cheap. Multiple mistakes were made with our order: we ordered chicken seekh kebabs and were served mutton; requested both vegetarian and non-vegetarian spring rolls and received non-veg ones in place of all. The naans were dry and turned stiff like papads within minutes. The waiter did acknowledge the errors, but no steps were taken to correct them. What was even more shocking was the manager’s response—when we raised the issue, he simply said he’d deduct the cost of the wrong orders from the waiter’s salary. Frankly, telling a customer this is completely inappropriate. It felt like an attempt to guilt us into silence, and it worked—we ended up paying for food we didn’t order just to avoid someone else being penalized. Overall, an unpleasant experience we wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Poor service, average food, and a management attitude that left a sour taste long after the meal ended. One of the best places to have the most delicious non veg dishes. The khamiri roti and mutton nihari combo wins my heart every single time. Please visit this place at least once to have some of the best mughlai food. The staff is very courteous and fast plus the ambience is great too. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chicken Biryani, Khamiri Roti, Butter Chicken, Mutton Burra Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
