Located on the third floor of KK Mall on North Bypass Road in Chavakkad, I recently visited with my family. We ordered loaded French fries with cheese and chicken, but unfortunately, the dish was dry and didn’t meet our expectations. The chicken was also lacking in quality, and the staff member attending to us struggled to communicate effectively. The food overall was just average, and I think there’s significant room for improvement in customer service. On a positive note, the location is convenient, especially for families, as it’s close to the kids’ games station. The recently renovated mall and the opening of new outlets on the same floor are promising for future business. There’s also a party hall opposite Al Baik that’s gaining popularity, which could draw more visitors to the area. If they can focus on improving the quality of their food and service and hire more efficient staff, this place could definitely attract more families and repeat customers. I am not the first time experience in al baik , but this branch food is very underrated , the chicken is not even washed clearly, very poor food and not have the taste of albaik other branches , i think the chicken is just normal broiler chichen not the sugana brand or something like that ..
