I recently visited the Chicking branch in Chavakkad, and it was quite a disappointing experience. Despite the restaurant having many staff present, none of them seemed to care about the customers. We waited for 15 minutes just for someone to take our order, and during that time, all the staff appeared to be busy chatting near the counter, completely ignoring the guests. Once our order was finally taken, it took an additional 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Unfortunately, after such a long wait, the food was served cold, which only added to our frustration. While the taste of the food was decent, the overall experience was ruined by the poor service. The staff seemed indifferent and even arrogant, which made the whole visit unpleasant. With such a long wait time and lack of basic customer service, I wouldn't recommend this branch unless they seriously improve their service.
