    I recently visited outlet at Chavakkad with my family. While having our meal, we noticed that the chicken was excessively salty. I immediately informed the staff about the issue, but unfortunately, their response was quite disappointing. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, they stated that “the masala is made by the company, not by us” — showing little concern for customer satisfaction. Such an attitude is not what we expect from a reputed brand like Chicking. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000
