We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, but we need you to clarify something first. Did you eat at Al Azeem Dhaba or Nizam Dhaba? These are two separate restaurants, and people often mix them up because they’re so close. Honestly, we strongly believe you didn’t even dine at our place, as your complaint doesn’t align with our track record. If you’re so sure the chicken was undercooked, why didn’t you say anything right then? What, were you too shy to speak up? In 15 years, no one’s ever called our food subpar—we check every dish thoroughly before it leaves the kitchen. It’s frankly insulting that you’d slam our hard work like this. You don’t get to judge our craft when you clearly lack the basic manners to give proper feedback. In my view, you’ve got no clue about etiquette. If you can’t speak constructively, maybe just keep quiet—ever heard that one before? Please confirm where you ate so we can sort this out, but we’re confident it wasn’t our restaurant.
