After enjoying Museo del Gobierno y Galeria de Arte, it may be a good idea to visit this restaurant. If you are fond of Indian cuisine, come to Saffron. Nicely cooked paneer, lamb shanks and biryani have a nice taste. This place boasts tasty falooda, kulfi and ice cream. A lot of visitors order good liqueur. We recently dined in saffron and had an mixed experience . The chef-curated menu offered a good variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options and we had both . The appetizers were impressive, but the main course was somewhat ordinary. However, the highlight of the evening was the live singer's performance, which was absolutely terrific .His soulful voice made it feels like we were listening to a recorded track. One area for improvement was the dessert, 'Roohaniyat', though it is very tasty but unfortunately contained a hair strand. We brought it to the management's attention gently at last as we don't want our sweet dish to be sour and they assured us including the chef would take necessary actions which I like the most as we are human beings it can fall in our kitchen also.
