The food was just okay—slightly burnt in parts and definitely something that could be improved. But honestly, the bigger issue was with our order.We had ordered a bucket of Heineken Silver cans. Since we had to leave early, we asked for the remaining beers to be packed. We trusted the staff and didn’t check the parcel before leaving—which, in hindsight, we really should have.When we got home and opened it, we were genuinely surprised (and pretty disappointed) to find Kingfisher beers instead. That’s not what we ordered or paid for.It might seem like a small thing, but it honestly left us feeling a bit cheated and took away from the whole experience. Definitely not something we expected.

I had been here on weekends and that time the vibe was very good but yesterday I went on a weekday, the staff was dis interested, the DJ was not there only plain music was playing, there was no Pub/Club vibes at all

Ha ha, worst experience. Valentine's Day party by so called hyped Akasa Pool Bar & Kitchen How this place has 3.9 rating, its shocking. Either fake reviews or they got badly failed on 14th feb. Waste of entire booking amount. Their food was so pathetic that even I was not able to use my cover charge. So so bad. I respect their staff, I think the management was so bad that even their staff can't do much good to save from bad experience. They were providing one glass per table. When I aksed for Glass, waiter says: sir glass to nai ho payega. Ok I have paid so much amount to drink in my hands. How will one take drinks. If I have to take beer in can then why am I in a restaurant. Only good thing was decoration. It was good. Rest all was a scam. All food were prepared in advance I think. Limited options were present as if I came in a road side stall. The food was pathetic. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹2,000+
