Serves stale food.. awful experience.. will never order from this restaurant.. not even bothered to refund the amt.. even Zomato is not bothered.. worst experience

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time and it is probably my last time too....I ordered channa aloo tikki and tawa pulav with aloo paratha combo ...the channa aloo tikki was very spicy.It was so spicy that we had to throw more than half of it.And when I called the restaurant,the lady from there was so rude that she says, "what I do now? if you want,come to the restaurant and add sweet chutney." I called her to give a feedback but she was way too rude. I have spent my money to be treated like I made a mistake by ordering from their restaurant . It was pathetic.
