Today when I went there to have ginger tea. I was told by service person to wait for few minutes. He was busy packing his online orders. After about 10 minutes he rudely asked kya chahiye ( what do you want) I asked him for ginger tea and then he responded like no ginger tea dum tea is available. He is telling you can have dum tea. I don't understand what kind of service is this. When I asked him you should have taken my order first then informed me I would have left or ordered something else. Very badly maintained shop in such a busy main road. And zero service skill from these northeast man. Chai king has earned a very good name and reputation. Please don't spoil .
