Absolutely unacceptable experience. We ordered the Veg Say Cheese Bao through Swiggy, but were served what appeared to be a non-vegetarian bao instead. We only realized something was wrong after taking a bite. Two of us are pure vegetarians, and the shock of realizing what we had eaten made us throw up. We immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. While the mistake was acknowledged, there was no meaningful effort to understand how such a serious lapse happened or to make things right. This isn't just a wrong order—it's a complete failure of basic quality control and order verification. Mistakes like these have serious consequences for people with religious beliefs, ethical choices, or dietary restrictions. Customers shouldn't have to inspect every item before taking a bite to ensure they're eating what they actually ordered. This incident has completely broken our trust in Ah So Yum. I ordered veg Philly roll from zomato and I am allergic to pistachios and by mistake they sent me with pistachios so I called them, and very nicely they heard my concern and sent me another veg Philly roll and another complimentary dish. Really grateful for their understanding and love their sushi’s. Thank you Ah so yum for your great service and food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
