Dinner at Marièta was made even better by our server, Pankaj. He was warm, pleasant and perfectly paced the entire meal, making sure nothing felt rushed. His recommendations were excellent, especially around spice levels and cocktail pairings, and he took genuinely great care of us throughout the evening. Service like this really stands out and makes you want to come back.
