Too much bad quality.. they spoil whole function, as we celebrated here 25th anniversary of my uncle and aunt but they did too much wrong . Moreover they also not provided that whole things which we decided. Also behaviour of waiter they talked very rudely and misbehaviour to our relatives.. dont go there for any celebration

A Disappointing Stay at Hotel Affluence My recent stay at Hotel Affluence was, unfortunately, a profoundly negative experience that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment falls far short of even basic hospitality standards. The service was abysmal, characterized by staff who were not only unhelpful but downright rude. Simple inquiries were met with dismissiveness, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere that permeated my entire stay. It felt as though guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Perhaps the most alarming aspect of my visit was the cleanliness, or rather, the shocking lack thereof. The hotel was incredibly dirty, to the point of being utterly disgusting. Common areas and, more disturbingly, my room, showed clear signs of neglect and poor hygiene. This is an unacceptable standard for any accommodation, let alone one that purports to be a "hotel." To compound these issues, I experienced significant problems with the room's lighting. The main lights were faulty, and when they failed, there was no backup lighting provided. This left me in complete darkness for an extended period, which is not only inconvenient but also a safety concern. The absence of a functional air conditioning system was particularly egregious given the warm and humid environment. I spent the entire night suffering in oppressive heat, making sleep impossible. This discomfort was exacerbated by the fact that the room had no windows, leading to a suffocating feeling throughout the night. It felt like being trapped in a stuffy box. Finally, despite booking a king-size bed, the bed provided was remarkably small and uncomfortably short. As a result, I spent the night with my feet hanging off the end, adding to the overall discomfort and lack of rest. Service: 1
