I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I visited with my father on his birthday, expecting a nice and respectful dining experience, but unfortunately it was the opposite. When we sat at a table, the staff asked us to get up and move to another table, even though the restaurant was almost empty and many tables were available. This was quite embarrassing for us. After that, no one came to take our order. I had to go myself to place the order, and the staff’s behavior was very strange and unprofessional. One staff member even walked away while I was talking and told another person to handle it instead, which felt very disrespectful. When our food arrived, they brought all the rotis at once and placed them on the table in a careless way, as if they were doing us a favor. The overall environment did not feel like a proper restaurant; it felt more like we were unwelcome guests. This was especially disappointing because it was my father’s birthday, and we expected basic courtesy and service. I hope the management improves their staff behavior and customer service.
