So we were in Mandrem for the night and were told that on Tuesday this is the happening place! It had its share of patrons but a bit hippy for us. Was an ‘open mic’ so we heard some shower singers but then we had this lovely girl who sang 2 really lovely songs( one being poetry) one has to be in that frame of mind or enjoy that kind of evening! Was a nice change to the norm! I live closeby so end up going to Acajaiba very often. A small place run by two very enthusiastic individuals. The food is absolutely absolutely amazing and feels light and healthy. The village courtyard-ish ambience makes it all the better. And they have some of best musicians playing live on most days of the week. Must visit I would say!
