Aby’s Café is one of the well-known spots in Kodaikanal, and I initially had a great experience here. I tried their milkshakes — my favorite — and they were quite nice. The café also has a cozy vibe, making it a good place to sit, work, or catch up with friends. However, on my recent visit, I noticed a dip in consistency. The French fries were overly salty, and the pizza had a sticky texture and didn’t feel fresh. Even the shakes didn’t taste as good as they used to. It feels like the food quality has gone down compared to earlier visits. That said, it’s still a decent place to hang out — I just hope they bring back the quality they were once known for. I had the chilli cheese toast (₹150). It had about three slices of bread toasted with cheese and chilli and spices. It tasted good and a good economical option to try when in Kodaikanal. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
