Went to Absolute Barbecues Chandigarh on a Sunday and paid ₹2000 for two people—and honestly, the experience wasn’t even worth ₹550.There was a hair in my crispy corn, which completely killed the appetite. The food was bland, tasteless, and extremely limited—barely any variety in the starters, and the main course Chinese section didn’t even have non-veg, just one dry chowmein and veg Manchurian.No seasonings with the barbecue—apparently discontinued post-COVID, but really just sounds like a lazy excuse to cut costs. The food quality, hygiene, and standard of service were all subpar. Ambience was dull, music was loud and unpleasant, and the place was visibly dirty.Feels more like a buffet for people who just want quantity over quality—nothing premium about the experience. If you’re paying this much, just go to GT Road or Barbeque Nation. This place is all hype, no taste.
