Very bad experience the service was not at all acceptable and when we asked them for better room and service their reply was 'adjust kar lo' .we asked them to lower our charges and they even denied to do so. Overall very bad experience and not at all recommended for anyone the 4.1 star rating is paid rating. Do NOT GO THERE WITH YOUR FAMILY. STAFF AND OWNER BOTH ARE VERY RUDE AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN ACCEPTING THEIR MISTAKE. If the owner of this hotel is going to reply to us u better not say we offered u standard and normal room and all we dont want to hear such useless and meaning less excuses from you. EDIT:- MR ILL-MANNERED first learn and teach ur staff how to be in a service industry. First thing we checked out early morning and requested your manager to keep the luggage till evening as we have train in the evening. U think forcing us to take another room for luggage and making us pay 1050 instead of 525 is a big deal! We dont have any problem in giving away money to people but u people dont deserve a single rupee. Also your language in a service industry and that too in this google review wherein so many people are going to read ur msg. Imagine what would you and your staffs language would be in personal. FYI every hotel with 4.1 star has a luggage room wherein we can keep our luggage for free but we had to pay 1050 just for 5 hrs. Hence all ur so called 4.1 rating are paid and fake. We managed to stay for 3 days bcz we thought the next day the service would be better but no and we had senior citizen with us so we had no option but to survive there for 3 days. Actually u dont have any explanation as u ARE WRONG. Learn basic ethics how to speak with customers including ladies and senior citizen.

Still you manage to stay for 3 days mr mehta . I actually wanted to say something else but you don't deserve my explanationAnd take your luggage from our hotel and pay the dues for which you were fighting with staffYou are unhappy because we denied you to keep luggage for free but for you we will not keep it for free, but for other customer it is free. Although reviews from pity customers like you don't bother us. Do not visit us again. Mr YUCK mehta.

Geyser is not working. AC is not working. TV Not Working. Bathroom is smelling. What is working? Immediate call pickup and booking is done by making false promises. Filthy room with dirty walls. Don't go for this at any cost. Service: 1

Thanks for your review but you were offered two choices standard cheap one And deluxe for a higher price You opted for cheaper price and now you are complaining. Still we appreciate you, that you took time and reviewed us But the room you got was the same as shown own video call. Or whatsApp We have only two rooms with standard category most of the customer go for deluxe one with zero complains. Still we are working to improve Thanks n regards Team abhiraj

Abhiraj guest House "hotel in mathura" is a budget friendly accomodation located near to krishna janam bhumi and vishram ghat, Rooms I would say are clean and hygienic .Bathroom are spacious and hygienic Highly recommended. Service: 5
