I recently stayed here in Mathura and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite the positive ratings I found on Google, the reality was quite the opposite. From the moment I entered the room, I was appalled by the cleanliness standards. The room was filthy, with dirt and dust everywhere and even not proper covering for privacy. The bathroom was even worse—absolutely disgusting, with leaking taps and no proper cleaning. I had to ask for basic amenities like towels and soap, which should have been provided without having to request them. The staff were uncooperative and seemed indifferent to the guests' needs. Their lack of professionalism and willingness to help was disheartening. Overall, the entire guest house was in a very dirty condition, making my stay extremely uncomfortable. I strongly advise against choosing Abhiraj Guest House if you're planning to visit Mathura. The positive online ratings are misleading and do not reflect the actual state of this establishment. Spend your money elsewhere for a more pleasant and hygienic stay. Some construction is also going on there. An elderly person probably the owner there at the time of check out . He is the only person who seems to be honest. Service: 1

Very dirty room, no basic hygiene mantained. Foul smell coming from bathroom, no handle on doors. Avoid this place otherwise you will regret.

Most of the negative reviews are from those people only who have not stayed at the property. Can you please provide a bill Or photo with your photo at the property.
